Glenda Moon has studied with plein aire masters in Europe, Canada and the
U.S. She lives and works in Jackson Hole , Wy. in the summer and in Tulsa,
OK during the winter months. She has studied with Betty Carr, John Poon,
Jim Wilcox, Skip Whitcomb, Carol Sweeney , Tony Couch and Joe Bohler. Her
subject matter ranges from florals to the majestic Teton Mountain Range as
seen from her front porch. She likes to work for harmony in the
impressionistic light of natural landscapes and maximizing color value and
intensity range of the subject matter.
Glenda is a member of Alpha Rho Tau Art Association, Jackson Hole "The
Arts", Wind River Valley Artists, Wyoming Plein Aire Professional Art Group.
Her works are exhibited in private, corporate, public collections and
galleries.
Glenda paints both oils and watercolors, en plein air, as well as in the
Focal Point Studio and Gallery.
